On May 15, WAC Associate Director Abby Letak presented at the UW-Madison Teaching & Learning Symposium. Abby led a breakout session called, “Cultivating Wellbeing in the College Classroom: Innovative Low-Stakes Writing Assignments and Activities.” In the session, Abby shared multiple examples of low-stakes writing assignments and activities from her Fall 2024 course, English 505: Rhetoric of Wellness and Self-Care.
